Wedding Packages
I have had my camera on my hip for decades, photographing families, seniors and children. Then a dear friend asked me to photography a wedding and I was hooked. I adored seeing the love between two beautiful souls. I adored seeing the gorgeous light in the hearts of the families. I adored watching the couple's personality come through as personal touches and little add-ons here and there on their wedding day.
How did you become a wedding photographer?
Don’t you worry. All professional photographers use two cameras and those cameras have two camera card slots. So if one of my camera cards stopped working for any reason, I have an automatic backup, of every image. Within hours of your wedding, I will have four backups made of every detail. It might be a bit much, but like I said, I am an enneagram 3...
What happens if your camera stops working?
Second shooter’s are very beneficial for several reasons. Two photographers are very helpful to capture some of those “getting ready moments” since you and your partner may be in separate locations. They can also help capture different angles ensuring excellent coverage during your ceremony and any other important moments of the day. Think of it this way — if you are walking down the aisle, you may want photos of your excited smile as well as your partner’s face as you approach. I do my best to capture this all when I am working solo, but a second shooter can provide that extra coverage.
Should I go with a second shooter?
First, fill out the contact form here to provide details including your wedding or event date, location, and tell me a bit about what you are looking for. I’ll then schedule us a time to chat — on a call, FaceTime, or over a drink/coffee — so I can get to know the two of you a little bit more! If you decide you would like to move forward with securing the date, I will send a wedding contract for your review. Once that is signed and a 25% retainer is paid, your date is secured!
How does the process work?
First, we will schedule your engagement shoot. It is so important to get that on the books! Your engagement images will be ready about three weeks after your photoshoot. From there, we will stay in touch. Approximately 5-6 months from your wedding date, we will meet up for coffee, drinks or through Facetime, to begin your timeline work. I will be in touch with you on and off throughout your engagement!
